HOW IT WORKS

EVERY MONTH THERE WILL BE x4 GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS AVALIABLE.
x1 SESSION EACH WEEK.
THE SESSIONS WILL ALL TAKE PLACE IN THE GYM STUDIO AND WILL ALSO BE WITH A SMALL GROUP OF OTHER PEOPLE.


WE WILL TAKE A RECORD OF YOUR BODY STATS FROM THE VERY START OF YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY.
THEN EACH MONTH WE CAN THEN CONTINUE TO KEEP TRACK OF AND MONITOR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRESSION.

WE TAKE IT ONE MONTH AT A TIME SO EACH MONTH YOU CAN DECIDE WHETHER TO STAY ON AND CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY.
SPACES WILL BE LIMITED SO IF YOU DO DROP OUT THERES NO GUARANTEE YOUR PLACE WILL STILL BE AVALIABLE.
TRAINING TIMETABLE

Every month you have x4 Group Training sessions available to use and there will be x8 available training slots in which you can use them. The two training days will be on Wednesday evenings & Saturday Mornings.
Below is an example of a typical month to give you an idea of the training days you would have available to choose from.

ALL ABILITY LEVELS
EVERYONE WELCOME
ALL OF THE WORKOUTS WILL BE DESIGNED SO THAT EVERYONE CAN DO THEM. THE TRAINER WILL ADAPT AND MODIFY ANY EXERCISE FOR ANY ABILITY LEVEL.
TRAINING TIMES
45 - 60 mins
THE WORKOUTS ARE BETWEEN 45 & 60 MINS. THE TRAINING LOCATION EACH DAY IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT AND WILL EITHER BE IN THE FITNESS STUDIO OR OUT ON THE GYM FLOOR.
SMALL GROUP PT
PERSONAL TRAINING
THIS IS NOT A CLASS... THINK OF THIS AS A SMALL GROUP PT SESSION. A MUCH MORE INTERACTIVE AND PERSONAL APPROACH TO TRAINING THAN YOU GET IN THE CLASSES.

EACH MONTH IS A NEW PACK OF x4 GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS. BEFORE THE START OF EACH MONTH YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO DECIDE IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE.

YOUR BODY STATS
So before you officially get started, we will book in a time for you to come in for your private weigh-in to get your bodies starting results. Now don't panic, your weigh-in results are for your eyes only and will not be seen by anybody else and are simply for us to monitor and track your progression.
Over the upcoming weeks & months as you continue to improve and progress we will then do further weigh-ins to identify and determine more ways for you to stay focused and on track. As a group we can also discuss together ways in which to make much better and healthier lifestyle decisions in order to work towards your fitness journey.
